HELP How to Update software

Can any one help me how to update the Hathway software?

You do not have to do anything. It happens OTA.

Contact LCO if your STB facing any problem.

I don't think we can do it ourselves since its locked to Hathway.

I too tried to find out so that I can enable USB recording facility in my HD STB. But no success.

As Anirudha bro said, Contact either LCO or raise a ticket with the CC for upgrading the software,

You can do one of the following

Type 1

• Switch off the box and remove the plug from the power socket
• Now connect the box to power and switch it on
• When you see the screen "Please wait initializing" press 2465 and pres back button twice

Type 2

• Switch off the box and remove the plug from the power socket
• Now connect the box to power and switch it on
• When you see the screen "Please wait initializing" press 2485 and pres back button four times

But after 10 min stb starts up normally without any update
