HELP Hathway HD Channels Stuttering (Hyderabad)

Hi,

Recently I bought Hathway HD box and got it activated from Kukatpally office. Very happy with the purchase :)
But since I have installed it at my home, I am facing issues with HD channels reception.

The issue is that all HD channels are stuttering as it happens with scratched DVD played on some cheap DVD player. :p I checked with other community member and they are also facing this issue.
Not sure if this problem is across hyderabad.

Can anyone confirm? Whom should I contact about this issue?

Thanks!

Pardon my ignorance :sorry:

I am not sure who is who. I just knew that Hathway cable is available in our society. I went to Hathway HO, got the box activated the box, came home and connected to regular cable that we had earlier. In our society, Pioneer broadband services provides both cable and internet.

Ask to your Local cable operator.anyways he has to resolve it.

Talked to Pioneer guys, they said this is due to signal strength. Hathway guys will be fixing this.
bhaskarkilli bhai, is there a way I can check signal strength from Set top box. I saw that while activation there was something like signal strength on screen which was there for almost 15mins. Then the guy turned off the set top box and restarted it.

If yes, What should be the idle signal strength?

I guess problem has been temporarily fixed now. The guy told me that since there are other users who are using analogue cable due to that there is back feeding (current from tv unit to cable) which is causing the trouble. Is it true or is he just making that up?
