A day after the release of her latest film 'Ranam 2', the news of actress Aarti Agarwal's death left the Tollywood fraternity in shock on Saturday afternoon. The actress had reportedly undergone a liposuction surgery at a hospital in New Jersey, and the death was caused by a heart complication caused by the surgery. She was 31 years old. (The exact cause of her death was unclear at the time of going to print)

After making a blockbuster debut as a teenager with Nuvvu Naku Nachchavu in 2001, the bubbly actress went on to star in a slew of successful films with Tollywood Superstars like Nagarjuna, Chiranjeevi and Venkatesh. But her career nose-dived after a slew of flops.
The actress was due to visit Hyderabad, later this month to start shooting for her upcoming film to be directed by Sivanagu.

even there are cases of liposuction gone bad,i had an idea of doing it..now scared..
She was staying in US for a long time nowOMG.....Gone to US for liposuction & died due to complication..............
May be for the shooting for her upcoming film........
Better to follow diet instead of such costly & risky surgeries......
According to some reports, She tied her marital knot in 2007 but unfortunately was divorced within few weeks. Before this in 2005, the actress tried to attempt a suicide, reason behind which is supposed to be her alleged relation with co-star Tarun that turned sour.
