nope. its non-customized form of android Stock ROM. however it doesn't guarantee updates from android.

Yes it is the purest form but motorola have some customized apps like camera , fm radio , file manager etc
There is a new feature that comes with Android Oreo. It's called Project Treble. It would help manufacturers with custom skin to push out updates faster.
