My aunt is geting looted form dish tv. She has some pack that cost ₹418 / month.
As she only watch regional channel i found basic Bharat pack that cost ₹100 + regional pack is enough for her. So i created her account on dishtv site and try to change pack but site says 'request received and someone from dishtv will call me to confim' WTH wrong with dishtv ?
Why they need confimation for changing pack ? Its has been 2 days no confimation call come, neither pack change .
