but on the HD channels when selecting lang we get Dolby digital option bro.

I dont think there is another option to get 5.1 sound apart from Dolby.That is the reason I asked to people bro to share the details so that we can get to know the info.

Yes.One article has been came few days back regarding this that time only 3DTHs having Dolby license but after that Dish TV and D2H also got the license and providing Dolby digital 5.1 sound.Dolby is the only option to get 5.1 sound.

AFAIK dishtv not partnered with Dolby but whole ZEE Group is looking to make some contract for future perspective also. As of now 5.1 sound is from Broadcaster end in dishtv.
