HELP Hathway HD Channels Stuttering (Hyderabad)

Yes, gone now.. but the image still freezes for a second every 5mins or so. I guess I have to live with that for now
you have to give more pressure to your LCo_Or say to him that you won't pay money if this problem will not rectified.He will talk with hathway people and will solve this issue.
 
here problem is in connection or cable what you will do with smart card??
bhaskarkilli bhai, is this user "Hathway Broadband" is Hathway official? I raised this issue at Hathway facebook page too, they asked for my smart card number. I gave it them considering it a legit medium to get support. They said they will call but they never did. Just deleted my comment from facebook too

Whether they are official or fake there is no use of it.they only say about smart card and do nothing.just forget about them.
 
Guys this issue is not yet resolved, I mailed nodal officer too. He looped in other Guy asking LCO to maintain good signal.
Here is what i see as Signal strength and Signal quality. Please let me know if the signal strength is good enough. It is around 39-40 all the time and Signal level varies from 99-102

Hi,

Recently I bought Hathway HD box and got it activated from Kukatpally office. Very happy with the purchase :)
But since I have installed it at my home, I am facing issues with HD channels reception.

The issue is that all HD channels are stuttering as it happens with scratched DVD played on some cheap DVD player. :p I checked with other community member and they are also facing this issue.
Not sure if this problem is across hyderabad.

Can anyone confirm? Whom should I contact about this issue?
