With your account number/card number, he can get all the details like your LCO, your packages, your address etc. If he is really serious in fixing the issues, he can use the details to complain to the LCO or nearest Hathway office to fix the issues.

first let hathway cable guy come and interact with us.so that we can share our feedback/problems.

So finally the Hathway guys came to see the problem. It was running fine when they visited. Not sure how long it be okay. Problem is that this issue is not consistent. When it happen, it happens so bad that you cannot watch it for a min.
They walked away saying its working fine. :(
