HELP Hathway HD Channels Stuttering (Hyderabad)

So finally the Hathway guys came to see the problem. It was running fine when they visited. Not sure how long it be okay. Problem is that this issue is not consistent. When it happen, it happens so bad that you cannot watch it for a min.
They walked away saying its working fine. :(

I have emailed Nodal officer again and shared following videos

Btw guys, please tell me what is the ideal signal strength? I shared what i am receiving on my STB and got all sort or reply expect answer to that question :)
 
the minimum signal strength should be around 30% to the pic without stuttering,
So in that case am I getting good signal? See image below
Do you think STB could be defective?

Signal Strength is less. It must be above 60. Signal Quality is OK
Check the signal strength and quality for each frequency

Also pls see how many frequencies are there

I guess now I have something to talk about. Every time they visit they say everything is fine, now i can show whats not fine

His signal strength is lower that what I am getting. In this image it is around 25 i guess but he doesnt have that issue. I am bit confused here now :confused::mad::(

I have never understood the Signal Level and Signal Quality in Hathway boxes. I have seen issues like you have mentioned here. It was because of some issue with signal booster device from where the connection was coming to my place. Once he replaced that box, it worked fine for me. My cable operator usually comes with a device to check the signal strength. Based on the reading on that device, he is able to figure out if the issue is at my end or some other place.
