Congrats As I said in my previous post, my LCO also did the same thing when I had the issue like you were facing.

There was nothing wrong with my STB. The issue was from distribution point/box whatever you call it. They have some box in our community that feeds and distributes signal from main line

One must use proper connectors, jointers to connect cables. The problem with most of the distribution box is that they just connect the cables without proper jointers/connectors. Some placed they just twist two cables and make it one.
