I have hathway's Cisco Z255 DVB Set top box
I want to know my Card Number or Customer Number from Set top box
plz help
also
this box not support EPG Then how can I enable the feature
also
I want to know secret codes of cisco z255dvb

The card will be inside the STB. You should be able to find it easily.

You can also find it in Settings --- System Setup --- Diagnostics

I don't know what you are trying to achieve. EPG problem seems to be STB issue. Please contact 080-67151515 they will be able to help you
