How to know acc no.?

I wan't to know my hathway account number
is there any way for knowing my account id number?
Also i have Cisco Z255 DVB SET TOP BOX from hathway and this box doesn't have facility of smart card

Call 080-65966710 or 080-67151515. They will ask for STB serial number which will be there behind the STB. They will tell you the account number.
