How to Update Software manually for Hathway Black Settop box?
Mine is Black set top box Can any one help me with the steps for updating the software manually. I am unable to update the software.

Mostly in case of cable set top box, software is automatically updated. So whenever new software is available, it will ask you to update the same. Even if manual option available, it will do nothing. It will simply give message that "Your software is up to date"

You better provide your model number which will easy for the member to provide the details

HI My model no is C9700N Hathway DVB settbox.

Please provide steps for manual updation of software.

After that blue screen loader is coming and progress bar is not moving after some time it is switching to channel no 899 without updating

the code 4284 is not working to update software can any please guide me for updating the software for pathway settopbox C9700N
