i have a problem with my cable connection..need Help

i have a problem with my HATHWAY cable ...my cable operator is not actioning on my requests ...

the channels are frequently getting stuck since last 4 months ....and sometimes i also get smoothly running channels ...the cable operator says ..it is the problem of my set top box as i am using old black set top box...
if that is the case then why some days the channels are running smoothly without any disturbance and why some days channels are getting stuck ?

i want to complaint on my operator...could you please help me to whom i must complaint about my cable operator in hyderabad ?

thanks to Mr. D Siddhartha (nodal officer of hyderabad HATHWAY) ...
when i called him, he reacted immediately calling my cable operator and ordered them to action my request and resolve it immediately.
the issue was not in my set top box, but in the cable line ...thus the issue was resolved finally..

my Set top Box (white colour) CISCO DVB-3410 has a problem ....the green and the red lights illuminates when i Switchon and Switch off the set top box, but it is not catching the HATHWAY Cable Signal and the error i see is "Signal Not Found"....

Where can i get it repair in Hyderabad ?

I would be grateful if you could help me with the address ....

you need to take the help of your Cable guy or You need to contact the hathway Hyderabad head office.

Friends, my set top box has the software of MCR Digital cable network (Rajasthan) ?
Set top box Model is DVB 3410 White colour box.
This box is not accepting Hathway Cable Signal in Hyderabad and the error it throws is "Signal Not Found".
I have attached the screenshot .
Can the software of this set top box be changed to Hyderabad Hathway Cable network to accept the channels from Hathway?
If yes, How can we do so ?
please help me...
