From where u purchase the MCR CABLE SET TOP BOX? Is the same Model u bought 3410 can buy me another i also want to buy for under 500RS?

Bhaskarkilli, i have already contacted my LCO and he says the mother board of this set top box is damaged, hence it is throwing "signal not found" error.

If the motherboard is damaged , then how could it be power on/off and how could the menu options are being displayed ? i am totally confused what my LCO told to me...and i have attached the screenshot also... the channel list is clearly displayed on the screen, how is this possible ?

Ok.Then need to change the STB.

Hathway digital channels will work only on Hathway STB.

As hathway uses NDS firmware and backend security encryption, other company STB may not work. Also hathways Freq, S/R and QAM are different from other networks

How did u get a different company/network STB in hathway area ??? Is hathway/LCO giving it ???

what does this mean ?

Do you mean channels taking time to load. Until the channel loads there is blank screen and no audio.
