Idea Idea Cuts Data Charges By Up To 50%

The Aditya Birla Group firm announced two new data packs, with an aim to cut 4G/3G data prices by up to 50 per cent. Idea subscribers can avail 1GB of night data at just Rs. 125 for a month, enabling them to save up to 50 per cent of their normal costs.

India's 3rd largest national mobile operator also launched a "day and night twin pack" which offers 30 per cent discount on data. Under this plan, data packs start as low as Rs. 115 for 500 MB (250 MB Day + 250 MB Night) per month and go up to 40 GB (20GB Day + 20GB Night), Idea said.
