India's second-largest software services company Infosys on Wednesday said it will roll out salary increases and promotions across all levels effective January 1. Additionally, the company said, "As a recognition of employees' stellar performance, we are giving them 100% variable pay along with a special incentive for Q2". India's biggest IT firm TCS had announced salary hikes effective October 1.
