I disagree, these days 100mbps unlimited plans on fiber are available for under 1k.

i am telling to comparing to that only.
Jio is known to be aggressive when ît comes to pricing like in 4g. We never imagined 1GB data to be given per day low as ₹300. We also never imagined that voice calls would be free until jio made it
So we can expect similar pricing in FTTH. And they may say like voice calls free on 4G, watching TV on Giga Fiber would be free
