I'm getting a bulk of jio messages that i need to link it with adhar as per government rule. Is it really necessary ? What are the procedures for it.

Not only for Jio
U have to do Aadhaar verification for every mobile number
For verification just go to nearest jio centre with your Aadhaar card and rest will be done by then

i can understand that other operators needs to verify as per the aadhar details.

but what kind of tutiya is Jio. These arseholes have launched their services only through aadhar and still they need to re-verify. :wtf:

How come jio is sending messages to link their sim to aadhaar they are the ones who started giving sims only when aadhaar card is linked to sim and from then onwards all started the pattern

there are hardly such activations.

and i have punched my thumb to purchase jio sims and still i am getting sms to visit their stores.
I asked to my jio centre guy he said more than ten thousand sim were activated without aadhaar in our city
Even in my house 5 jio sim were activated with voter id only
And not only jio , airtel and Aircel sent message for aadhaar verification

You didn't read my previous comment.

For all other operators we can understand that aadhar verification is required because most if their connection are without aadhar. But Jio has more than 90% aadhar verified customers. Still why they need to recertify. Does it means they have lost our data ?
