Hey Amit you are saying that the Signal is 100% but in the image it doesnt look like 100%. Signal Strength is about 25% only? Did it changed after you took the picture? Are you facing image freezing issue

digital cables have different funda. It is showing bars till 25 but see below the Signal Level. It is 93%. It always between 90-100%.

Amit K Singh bro, u didn't get it.

In Digital Cable there are four levels: Signal Strength, Signal Quality, Signal Level and BER.

Both Signal Strength and Signal Quality must be above 60.

What I understand is
BER: Bit error Rate - This gives the error in transmission and 0.0 E-7 (technically 0) is minimum that you would require.
Signal level: I think it is Signal to Noise ratio. Higher the value. better it is
Signal Strength: I guess its voltage that is carried by the cable
Signal Quality: I m not sure about this one though

Some how my STB has all this values are better than what you have (see image below) but I am getting stuttering image. I am just trying to understand what is wrong because this LCO morons have visited at least 10 time in past one week and everytime they say "Sab theek hai Sir, pata nahi aap ke yaha hi kyu problem ho raha hai"
