Breaking News New Frequency in Insat 4A @83° E

New Frequency is available in Insat 4A .
Frequency : 3989 H 1119 DVBS2
I think its DVBS2 as i am not getting signals in DVBS PCI Card.
Presently feeds r running in this channel.
There is another Frequency :3991 H 2140 DVBS , this also a channel providing feeds .
