I had told long back itself that Hathway will add all remaining HD channels by month end. 
Now that its been added, some more remaining ones will be added in some time.

No addition in Pune yet. 
Hope they add channels like Mtunes HD, AXN HD, &Pictures HD and &TV HD soon.I had told long back itself that Hathway will add all remaining HD channels by month end.

Yes they will add soon. You can make out the LCN also if there is any reserved channel nos.
LCN 556 Romedy Now HD
LCN 577 & Pictures HD
LCN 583 & TV HD
LCN 585 MTunes HD
AXN HD LCN is not known, they may shift CNBC Prime HD and put AXN HD in its place
Probably 560 will be AXN HD
Tata Sky is at my native. I am using Tata Sky since they day they launched in India
I am on "Supreme Sports Kids" annual pack. It is currently discontinued by Tata Sky. Need to select the right pack when it comes for renewal next year.
