As per report,
"As of quarter ended December 2014, FIIs held 33.82 per cent shares in Hathway."
I think its very less compared to other sectors like telecom & banking which can be classified as backbone of the economy.............So there shouldn't be any problem allowing FIIs to hike their stake...............;)

So that it become Foreign brand and start sucking Indian Pocket :D
It would remain Indian brand but partly owned by FIIs..................What's bad if FDI is coming in, allowing Hathway to compete effectively & deal with the aggression of STAR................;)
By some definition top pvt banks like HDFC, ICICI,...........can be categorized as foreign banks then....

FIIs are not investing for charity...............so definitely there would be pressure on the company...........& accordingly they will structure their policies....................So most likely it won't come cheap..............
