In a development that is bound to create a stir among movie buffs, noted writer Vijayendra Prasad recently stated that he had already began scripting the third installment of the 'Bahubali' franchise. However, he also made it clear that Prabhas, who had starred in the first part and will soon reprise his role in 'Bahubali 2', may not not be a part of the third installment.

In fact, if all goes as planned, 'Bahubali 3' will have a completely different plot, altogether. Moreover, Sathyaraj too may not be a part of the third film.

A brilliant act by the film’s lead star Prabhas is one of the major reasons for the film’s success. The actor will, obviously, carry forward his character in the second film.

The makers have also planned a third film in the Baahubali series. However, Prabhas won’t be a part of that film, as reported by DNA. This might come as a disappointing jolt to the audience and the fan following the actor has garnered.

While speaking about the third film, Vijayendra Prasad, the writer of Baahubali and father of Rajamouli, revealed that the story will tread on such a path that it won’t feature the character of Prabhas.

Along with Prabhas, the character of Katappa too won’t be carried forward. Enacted by Sathyaraj, that character too became a hit with the audience. He also started trending on social media for a long time for his act during the climax of the film.
