Note:I am taking reference on HD channels to give my review about AQ and PQ.AS channels PQ is almost same in both DTH and some channels good in ADTV and some channels good in tata sky.AQ is OK in both DTH.
I am putting both DTH channels pics comparing thread here for your reference.

Channels count: Tata sky: is leading and we can say..in future also HD channels will add in tata sky.
ADTV: is inferior when comparing to Tata sky but all the English HD channels and regional HD channels are available but still some Music HD channels and some other channels are not available. we can't guarantee it if in future some channels may launch and will come or not in ADTV we can't say exactly.
Tata sky is clear winner.
Package details:Tata sky: having good packages and in ultra mega HD plans we can get all HD channels(excluding specials).
ADTV:package system is not good.instead of you are in Mega HD or South HD you wont get all HD channels

Channels PQ:Tata sky:channels PQ is pale,dull and dont have sharpness. pixallation is not there but still we can feel we are missing some thing in it.
ADTV:Channels PQ is damn good and it is the best DTH giving best PQ.you can feel all the coulors,sharpness,vivid and brightness and live.above 40" TV I must recommend ADTV to watch HD channels.

Channels AQ(Dolby mode): Tata sky has major problem in it.up and downs in channels volume and you wont feel surround in low volumes.Sony PIX HD,sony MAX HD,sony HD having extreme low volumes and we wont feel any surround on these channels.in other HD channels Dolby sound is just average.
ADTV: This is the best DTH in this segment too.Volume maintained equal in all HD channels so no need to increase or decrease volume when we are changing any other channel.sound is so raw and proper treble and good amount of bass and very well surround sound we can see in all HD channels.we can feel that we are watching movie in a movie theater.I would recommend ADTV for high end home theaters.
