RVC, Music express, music india Sun Music is not coming and my LCO is giving those channels in anaLog signal.

Why INDIA TV nEWS Channel not coming in STB of HATHWAY ?

Does any other network is giving INDIA TV News channel in Hyderabad ?

I like this news channel because of rajat sharma , great anchor.

You are new to this city and new to this forum.Please read all the posts in hathway section you will get to know what is happening in the city.Still I am saying LCOs are hiding customers details for big margins.hathway is pressuring to LCOs for submitting KYC forums.this fight is happening since ages.
hathway having customers details is different and submitting KYC form is different.For SD channels activation there is no need of hathway HO,LCO can activate it but for HD channels LCO has to go to hathway HO and nee to activate HD channels but still you will not get those 100+ channels unless untill your KYC forum will submit to hathway HO.Same is happening to me.
you are saying that your LCO has submitted KYV form.OK..do one thing just check .Sun Music,Sun life,Music india,Music express,RVC,& TV, ect these channels are coming are not.I am given few of channels as example out of 100+ channels.if these are channels coming..Yes..Your LCO has submitted KYC form..if not I must say NO.

bhaskarkilli i got this reply from the nodal officer today when i enquired about KYC form submitted or not by my LCO.

Nodal officer replied : "It has been submitted and activated too" .

Now what should i do Now?

I have a question in the similar scenario. I bought my HD box from Hathway HO Kukatpally directly. They asked for Photo ID and Address proof for KYC. They activated my account immediately and handed over the set top box.
Since I did not buy the box from LCO, I should have all the channels right(100+ channels that is being talked about) but that is not the case. I do not get all channels that has been mentioned above.
Whom should I contact in that case?

KYC form should filled by us to submit to the HO..they will submit to the govt.who's KYC will to govt those are officially digitalized.Hathway HO has taken your ID and Photo for fill up their form but not for the KYC form.ask to your LCO,to bring the KYC form and should submit to hathway HO.

Yes, what bhaskarkilli bro said is right, KYC form should be filled by us but should be submitted by the LCO to the hathway H.O or even they can mail to [email protected]
