My validity is reduced to 14th July 2015 from 31st July 2015, without me subscribing anything extra. :mad: I called CC, but those dumbs can't hear me.
I'm trying to send emails but their mailbox is full. :mad: :mad:

Didn't understand that ? and reduce in validity may be due to price hike. You need to ask them for price protection.

sometime e-mail sending failed it shows error mailbox full ..

IndianMascot bro. I told them many times, that I am on LTR and price protection should be on , but they were saying that they are not getting voice clearly. On 14th July 2014, my due date was 31st July 2015 and on 15th July 2014, it became 14th July 2015. And one more weird thing I got to hear from them and it is that my "English Entertainment" add on was active till yesterday, which I deactivated on 15th June itself, before going for LTR on 22 June. And it was deactived on 15th June itself because I wasn't getting any of the add on's channel. This is the first time I am facing such problem. Let's see what reply they come up with in the email. One of the CC executives said my due date has been reduced because of the revised LTR benifits. Everyone was telling something new. :D

That's the reason I prefer email over call. On email we can prove the failure of company which is not so easy on call.

Hope they settle the things. Do update us.

Email is always better and you would get call from CC executive or some area head.

Now, I'm wondering if I didn't have raised the issue, could I have really got the benifits back?
