I m sure we will see Reliance Jio before April 2016 , yesterday Reliance Jio beta lunch kicks off with employees . The company is offering up to four SIM cards free along with 75 GB of data to staff. Along with the service, employees and their families are also being offered 4G-enabled VOLTE handsets at a 25 per cent discount.
Bhai i m also in same circle i.e Maharashtra & Goa but dont worry we will also enjoy Reliance Jio 4g soon.Bro,

What I think is they will formally announce the service on 28th December 2015 and then start service on a later date. When rcom was started many yrs back they did the same thing. Announced service on 28th December and service actually started in may following yr.

Vodafone India Tuesday announced launch of its 4G technology based service in Kochi, Kerela in a press statement. The company will offer customers a free upgrade to a 4G SIM card that will enable phones to better access the service with a faster speed.
The company said it will increase its 4G footprint with launches in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Kolkata in the first phase.
