it is free upgrade for the 3G users provided you get the 4G sim.

Sim swap is limited to postpaid users.
Prepaid users have big to visit store they said.

We have to sent sms 4G SIM to 199 .( only from 4G phone )

The sim will be delivered to your doorstop by courier to the billing adress of postpaid biller.

we can sent sms from any postpaid user.
We can use this sim for prepaid also but your sim proof will be changing to proof of the postpaid owner.

Wtr proof will be change or not is under question.

Also after getting sim.
we have to sent sms to 55199 by SIMEX 19 Digit new sim card number .

All codes will be activated from 14th onwards.

This is what nodal kerala told for timebeing. things might change and they mighy start giving sim for everyone by easy swap. lets see.
