Videocon d2h to roll out 4K Ultra HD services soon
Videocon d2h today announced it would soon launch 4K Ultra HD services in India. 4K Ultra HD resolution comprises 3840 x 2160 (at a 16:9, or 1.78:1 aspect ratio). This technology enables image clarity with fine detail, greater texture and almost photographic immulsion of smoothness.

Videocon d2h CEO Anil Khera said, “After many firsts in the DTH sector by Videocon d2h, once again we have taken the lead with 4k Ultra HD services. 4K services previewed today will revolutionise viewing in this country. It will provide images with so much clarity, finer detailing and nuances that the differences will be unbelievable.”

By buying 4K enable STB we can watch this UHD channel in HD TV also but we can't get much clarity what UHD have.
