Then its clear without Broadcaster whether you launch 4K, 8K anything it will not going to work its a same like Upscaled Process by dishtv I think except SS HD they're having all Tru HD channels and the channel they have as Upscaled HD are not available from Broadcaster end so its not only a blame of that DTH who carries ample space of nothing but its a problem of Broadcaster who not thinking for HD channels, dishtv's own ZEE Group having only 4 HD channels so what dishtv will do if market is not growing on HD division.

dish tv initially marketed upscaled HD as tru HD and after backlash from persons who knows about the fake marketing it rolled back and marketed as HD service with disclaimer.
