Bro. they about to get TPs from SES 9 which having 81 MHz Ku Band TP highest among other I think they can easily add 50 + SD channels on 1 TP it will be killer to all MPEG 4 based DTH and forget about dishtv they still running on MPEG 2 only with worst PQ of some SD channels.

MPEG 2 or MPEG4 nothing to do with PQ. they are Compression technologies only.

Yes, agreed. But now they have ample space after the addition of SES8. This is why they are doing the channel reshuffling sometimes. Gradually they will do it for all TP's and then PQ will be okay for SD channels as well.

My gut feeling is they may share TEN's Production cricket matches on ZEE CINEMA HD as they're spending heavily on 5 Cricket International Board and all Board having matches simultaneously they misses Live action on one TEN HD channels.

But I will like them to completely moved to MPEG 4 Technology they can't hire the whole satellite for each and every channel
