no punjabi channels on hathway

Hello sir my self mukesh devasi i a custmer of hathway digital cable from last 3 months i faceing problem of punjabi cahnnels i am not able to sse the punjabi channels in my setup box of tv the channels are mh1 & big spark punjabi.regarding this problem i ahve tak to the the cable operetor and hathway cable office main branch in pune but no reply from the both of them. i am just feed up of them hathway cable service for further information call me pls its urgent

And Big Spark Punjabi is no more available from Broadcaster end.

Just for info, "Get Punjabi" is not available from broadcaster end, as it's available on Intelsat 20, from many months it's showing color bars with a tag, " Service will Resume soon"

IS 20 carries many punjabi channels, like,
SADA Channel,
PTC Punjabi,
PTC News,
PTC Chak De,
PBN, (showing blank screen from some days)
Get Punjabi, ( Color Bars)

Btw all are fta.
