Dishtv may add 9XO soon on it's platform. I guess this is the only pending channel from 9x media on dishtv. Now dishtv website login page is showing the 9xO logo along with other music channels.

So hopes that they will add it soon. Earlier before the addition of SS HD channels, dishtv site was showing the logo of SC HD & ESPN HD channels, so i am hoping for the best.
