Maharashtra BJP's core committee met on Saturday in Mumbai to find a seat-sharing formula for assembly election. The committee, however, remained undecided on seat sharing with ally Shiv Sena, saying the matter would be resolved by the leadership in Delhi.

As BJP has said, they will compromise this time to retain the Hindutva alliance.

But if Shiv Sena remain so rigid to BJP, they will have to pay for it in and after elections. BJP has fund now as they are in power. So, they can invest more in these elections and will capture more seats than Shiv Sena

Also, as per TOI opinion poll, BJP will get majority in Maharashtra.

Bypoll results have nothing to do with State elections. Infact BJP was able to open his account in Assam which is good.. Also BJP wasn't focusing on these bypolls.
