i would say that maybe in 40-50 years, TN might separate from entire India and form as a separate country.

How does this related to Electricity rates ? Delhi and Mumbai are having highest electricity consumption. If these states are able to manage and provide 24X7 electricity why not remaining states ?

Overall is Target if I wants to earn 10 crore then from when and how I cover tats the thing.
And second thing is Many States still running on Govt. Electricity Companies and rest of your mention are in private and I think Delhi was facing blackouts during Summer.
