As far as I know Shri Adhikari Bros sold stake in Mi Marathi channel to a Pune based company.
Now they have only Maiboli channel.

You forgot Mastii and Live India, though I'm not sure about Live India.

SAB TV & Mi Marathi were owned by Adhikari, later they sold these channels.....
SAB TV is now with Sony & Mi Marathi with other company which is also managing Live India.....
Other mentioned channels are still with Adhikari.

for the same reason, when they first removed Jai Maharashtra & now Saam, I switched back to Dish TV where TV9 Marathi is also available
