So, government itself is discouraging such things and several educational videos and hoarding is there to educate people.

Since Khatro K Khiladi is a mindless stunt based show. They actually kill the soul of Fear Factor and made the stunt weird. Even Takeshi Castle had stunts but we hardly listen against them because we know what kind of shows it is.
