Had chat with Airtel team, thanked them for adding TV5 Monde Asie and asked them how has been the customer's response, he told that people are liking the channel. Also told the person that he should tell the packaging team to include this channel in lower packages too so that max customers can savour the content, he told that right now TV5 Monde Asie is charging them some amount for satellite costs for a limited period but after that this channel will be FTA from broadcaster end and will be included in lower packages too.

Also told him to add more International Channels like Australia Plus, ITV Choice, NHK World, he told that they are contemplating over it. He also told that people are not liking Russia Today very much, i told him that even i do not like it as its news is biased to Russian perspective unlike BBC or CNN which offer balanced view so may be this channel will be dropped soon

Basically all these international channels are propaganda channels of respective countries & those countries should spend money to get the channel added on all DTH, instead of expecting money. So viewers would have news from all angles & from all perspective.
So viewer can have different viewoints for the same news...............

The article says that,"The channel is also available on Tata Sky and Videocon d2h" so can we expect this on these platforms?
