Because they have destroyed opposition and there is no opposition there.

Same they're trying to apply in remaining States. What you see about fancy CG and MP isn't so fancy. What citizens are getting are not even penny and entire BJP government is milking the mines and ores secretly.

BJP was not having money to fight last general election. It's existing BJP States like MP CG and Gujarat which gathered money, so much of money that they won the General Assembly elections.
