D2h Increased Gold HD pack price by whooping 49/- rs!

Bro, u must be getting 24 HD Channels too in Gold HD Pack as compared to just 14 HD Channels u will get in New Gold Maxi plus HD Access Fee that too at Rs. 395 so i guess still u r getting a good deal at Rs. 439

One can't expect that Videocon will keep old outdated package prices untouched, obviously they will keep increasing it and keep it at good level when compared to New Packages

Sanjeev bro if u remember recently they increased Platinum HD pack by Rs. 40 too. I am not saying its justifiable but its just that they r trying to make prices of old outdated packages come at par with newer packages so that there is no special benefit that older packages have. Even Tata Sky did the same thing when they introduced new packages, this made me too opt for new packages and discontinue old one. Every DTH operator plays this dirty game and yes now Videocon d2h is not a cheap DTH it used to be, they r now fully focused on increasing revenue. At Present Dish TV is the best of all

I would say that wit a little, still Tata Sky has less SD and HD channels and much more costly than Videocon d2h. Do a through comparison before making such choice, if they add new channels after sat migration starts and do not increase price then only opt for it otherwise stay with Videocon or go with Dish or Airtel

I don't like Dish..now left ADTV and TS..both are same in adding HD channels , so looking at quality, TS wins clean.
And my main reason for leaving d2h is, STBs...I can't bear with that crappy box and now d2h is no longer cheap so no d2h..

Well for Quality nothing beats Airtel, their Video and Audio Quality is far superior than Tata Sky but yes their New HD STB's have poor build quality, i feel like holding a small plastic toy when i take the HD STB in my hands, its worse than Videocon

I dont agree this..I do agree that ADTV quality is good but TS PQ and AQ quality is same or on par with ADTV.there is no doubt on that.
