I think we can say that channels like CNN-IBN is foreign owned channel.
There is a difference as far as editing is concerned..........The way CNN-IBN shows the news, the way it responds & interacts with the news related to American stories, is clearly indicative of propagandizing attitude.

One can monitor news reports on channels like CNN-IBN & CNBC, compare it with other 'Indian' news channels & then come to know this.

And the thing is they are brazenly doing this in the era of Modi..................
