Tata sky All Hd Channels are blank

tatasky all channels are blank screen from 3.00 pm till now
why?

Btw migration could have been hasslefree if planned properly......................

ts is well known for plan and just now interact with a engineer , they choose this time because all stb mostly on this time so they got dynamic update (not software) and transition will take place smoothly

I just checked and I am getting Star Sports HD1 (only channel I checked)
