Yup but only when Tata Sky move to GSAT10 with all Horizontal and Vertical TPs activated.

It will not be 20 channels, it will be many more than that. They have 12 additional transponders now, they will add over 100 channels in next few months. Many HD channels are also on the way. Atleast 8 to 10 new HD channels will be added

And i have replied to you again. Tata Sky tested and added channels on GSAT 10 not for time-paas. They mapped all existing channels of Horizontal TPs already on GSAT 10 transponders.

Now they are experimenting to activate Vertical polarity of INSAT 4A and after its success, they will try the same on GSAT 10 as well. So, future of Tata Sky is on GSAT 10 only.

Nagpal clarified that these are regular tests to enhance capacity. “We are adding channels constantly. Every three months we add new channels. Last year we added 70 channels. As the compression gets better, we can add more channels,” he averred.

GSAT-10

Check the downlink frequency of Ku band of GSAT10

Its between 10950-11200 in vertical polarity.

In testing u got TP's greater than 11200 and above all its frequencies were same as H polarity on Insat 4A. They r nothing but V polarity of Insat 4A
