In official terms they are not but as a wholesome they are Tata Sky employees because even the 3rd party company is subsidiary of Tata Sky only.

Ofcourse for users they are from TS......................but technically thet are outsourced.............

That's definitely a scam. Wife of a person who was Country Head of Etisalat in Mumbai based office was running a Recruitment company which employed 60% of employees in Etisalat

Just now spoke to tata sky cc via chat regarding all these problems faced by some customers I asked them why is it happening they said that they are moving to new satellite and when I asked the name of that satellite they said that its GSAT 10 in which they are moving

whatever the TS does, it always ends up in confusion among few forum members and fights. Rest all dont care, whatever happens being got other real life jobs/duties to do.
