Important Signal available on 11163 V and H

Guys I manually entered this transponder details on STB and I am surprised to see the the signal available. How true can this be and others could you also verify this?

but when this manually fequence save in videocond2h stb then videocond2h stb show massage this fequence is invalid do not save

I do not remember all TP's but what veer bro has written is right. This TP is already present, scanning with entering near by number will still give u signals

Yes it says invalid or already present. So Veer bro should be right . But yes it is a different frequency and I don't understand actually why entering nearer numbers gives you the signal. Sat experts will have a better explanation.
