No woman would allow her husband to establish physical relations with another in her presence, a Delhi court has said while acquitting a man of the charge of raping his widowed sister-in-law in front of his wife.

"It is improbable that the wife of accused would keep on gagging the mouth of the woman at the time of the alleged rape. No wife in this world would like or allow her husband to make physical relation with another woman in her presence," Additional Sessions Judge Sanjiv Jain said while absolving the man of the offences of rape and criminal intimidation.

How can Judge think like this. was he mad or what ? :bang:

Few days back only we read about a case where a child was raped by her's mother lover in front of her and her mother herself helped his lover to rape her daughter.

and this idiot Judge is assuming that a wife won't allow his husband to rape another women in her presence. Saala Bhaang khakar aaya tha kya court me. :beat2:

What's right in Judge statement. He is supposed to announce punishment on the basis of proof and witness not on human habit and physiological behavior
