Do not do factory reset, these Videocon d2h STB's and their software is slow so when new channels are added , the STB shows it only after 30 to 40 minutes. Their hardware, software is of Baba Aadam age and they r not showing any interest to improve it

Yup. No need for factory reset. Channels will be added automatically after some time. Power recycling is enough.

Factory reset or scanning boxes again ana again damages the functioning of the STB plus will make audio, video quality poor
