Channels like Luck tv, Manoranjan TV can pay carriage fee to DD.
Then why such channels can't pay?
It depends on the owner of these channels. Instead of getting onto Dish TV, they should get added on DD FD as they can reach both DD FD and Dish TV users

MPEG2 slots is full now. We have to wait for MPEG4 channels for which there is no deadline

MPEG4 TP is not present in your STB. Hence, you will not get any of the MPEG4 channels from DD FD
