Yup . along with that we have to prove that it was call drop and not call disconnect by us.
Bro, everytime when my chargeable call gets disconnected from their(Uninor) side,
They gives me apology message & gives 1 Min Uninor to Uninor call free.;)
But call drops rarely

But the question is how it will be proved that call is disconnected or dropped from operator side and not intentionally by users

it would be recorded in the base station, if a signal is lost then the communication between the towers would also be effected.

Yes. That's perfectly correct but will a user will be permitted to check these records or the telcos will be honest enough to accept this and issue refund.

that's a valid point, if gone through consumer forum then the telecos have to give the details or readings on those specific days

Bro,
Telecom companies already known whether call dropped by customer or disconnected by their system
That's why, Uninor always gives 1 min free U to U call by apologizing message

I am not talking about the separate scheme of Uninor bro.

I am talking about all operators. Every operator knows that call is dropped or disconnected but how a user like me and you going to prove this.
